Trust signals help you evaluate sellers, but read them for what they actually are:
Vault Verified / Vault Pick:
- "Vault Verified" reflects a seller's account standing and payout history, not an inspection of any specific item.
- "Vault Pick" is a seller-applied featured flag, not an authentication.
- Get Vaulted does not currently run a per-item authentication program.
Grading:
- PSA/BGS/SGC claims come from the seller — match the grade and cert number to what's shown in photos.
- Report mismatches immediately after delivery.
Seller profile stats:
- Completed sales shown on a seller's profile reflect real orders placed on Get Vaulted.
- We do not currently have a star-rating or written-review system — see "Seller ratings and reviews" for what's available today.
- New sellers aren't automatically untrustworthy — review listings and seller history carefully.
Authentication disputes require evidence — keep unboxing photos for high-value cards.
