Get Vaulted does not currently have a star-rating or written-review system on seller profiles or listings.
What's available today:
- A seller's profile shows their real completed-order count on Get Vaulted and their account standing/tier.
- If you have a problem with a seller or an order, use Report (for policy violations, fraud, or misconduct) or the refund/dispute tools (for order problems) — see the Disputes section.
- Fake, retaliatory, or extorted reviews are prohibited under our Community Guidelines wherever review or feedback features do exist in-product.
We may add a structured buyer-review feature in the future; this article will be updated if and when that happens.
