Every seller must maintain a verified ship-from address used on all labels.
Update ship-from on mobile:
- Seller HQ setup cards or Seller Setup wizard → Shipping step.
- Enter street with autocomplete, city, state, ZIP (US sellers typically ship from US).
- Save — validation runs on the server.
Update on web:
- Seller Setup → Shipping or Account → Seller settings ship-from section.
- Verify address before saving.
Why it matters:
- Label purchase fails if ship-from is missing or invalid.
- Shipping quotes to buyers use distance from your ship-from.
- Keep it updated if you move warehouses or P.O. box locations.
