Vault Events are scheduled live shows buyers discover on the Live tab.
Schedule an event on mobile:
- Seller HQ → Vault Events → Schedule event.
- Choose format: Break, Auction show, or other available room types.
- For breaks, pick break category inside Break setup (Cards or Helmets) — not a separate top-level field.
- Set title, cover image, start time, and visibility.
- Optionally configure recurring schedule if offered for your account tier.
- Save. Share the event link so collectors can RSVP or join when live.
Schedule on web:
- Open Seller Live / schedule flow from seller dashboard.
- Match the same break setup — Cards vs Helmets lives under Break setup.
- Confirm readiness checklist (payouts, ship-from, OBS if streaming) before going live.
Before you go live:
- Stage queue inventory in Command Center.
- Test stream setup (OBS or in-app) if broadcasting video.
- Verify ship-from and payout status — blocked sellers cannot complete fulfillment.
