When your Vault Event is live, run sales from Command Center (mobile) or the host console (web).
Host workflow:
- Open your live room from Vault Events → Go live / Command Center.
- Add inventory to the queue — auctions, Buy Now, PYT, PYD, random spots, etc.
- Pin or start the active item so buyers see it in the room.
- For auctions: set starting bid, reserve if used, and monitor bid timer.
- For PYT/PYD: buyers pick teams or divisions from the spot grid; random variants use a wheel reveal.
- For Buy Now: buyers purchase at your fixed price while the item is active.
- When an item sells, move to the next queue item.
During the show:
- Monitor chat and presence; use moderation tools as needed.
- Watch for wallet-ready buyers — sales fail if buyers lack payment or shipping on file.
- Giveaways (if enabled) run on separate rails — follow in-room prompts.
After the show:
- Fulfill all orders from Seller HQ → Fulfillment.
- Print labels promptly to maintain seller metrics.
