After a sale, create a shipping label and ship within your stated handling time.
Fulfill from Seller HQ:
- Open Fulfillment (or Sales → awaiting shipment).
- Tap an order to review buyer ship-to address and item details.
- Confirm package weight/dimensions if prompted.
- Purchase or generate the protected label through Get Vaulted (Shippo-backed).
- Print the label, attach to package, and drop off with the carrier.
- Tracking syncs to the buyer's order automatically.
If label creation fails:
- Check your ship-from address is verified and complete.
- Check buyer address — exceptions often mean invalid or incomplete addresses.
- Use Regenerate label or Repair label tools on the order if available.
- Contact support with the order ID if the error persists.
Bundling:
- Some flows support bundled labels for multiple orders to the same buyer — use when offered to save on postage.
Never ship outside the platform label flow for protected orders unless support directs you — off-platform shipping can void seller protections.
