List items in The Vault for Buy Now, auction, offers, trades, or layaway (when eligible).
On mobile:
- Open Seller HQ → Inventory → Create listing (or the create listing flow from inventory).
- Add clear photos, title, category, condition, and description.
- Choose sale format: Buy Now, auction, or enable offers/trades as supported.
- Set price, shipping (flat or calculated), and handling time.
- Enable Vault Verified or authentication fields if applicable.
- For $500+ items, you may enable layaway — buyers pay a deposit then installments.
- Review and publish. The listing appears in The Vault when active.
On web:
- Go to Sell → Create listing.
- Follow the same steps for media, pricing, shipping, and publish.
Tips:
- Accurate condition and photos reduce disputes.
- Ship-from address must be valid before shipping quotes work correctly.
- Edit or end listings from Inventory if price or quantity changes.
