Get Vaulted uses fees and escrow to protect high-value collector transactions.
Escrow (when applicable):
- Qualifying order totals may enter escrow hold until delivery confirmation.
- Buyers see Vaulted Secure Checkout messaging at checkout.
- Sellers see pending payout until release conditions met.
Trade fees:
- Each party pays one Stripe charge: a $2.99 Get Vaulted platform fee plus their outbound shipping label.
- Shipping is quoted at the actual carrier rate at checkout.
- Optional cash can be settled off-platform, or paid on Get Vaulted (Stripe card fees apply).
Live and marketplace:
- Seller fee schedules appear in seller terms and order breakdowns.
Questions about a specific charge?
- Open the order or trade detail for fee lines.
- Contact Support with order ID for billing disputes — do not chargeback without contacting support first.
