Live rooms are real-time shopping events hosted by sellers.
Join a show:
- Open the Live tab (mobile) or Live directory (web).
- Browse live now, upcoming, or break rooms — break tiles may show "Break - Cards" or "Break - Helmets".
- Tap a room card to enter.
- Guests can usually watch; sign in to bid, buy, chat, or claim spots.
- Follow the host and read pinned commerce info for the active item.
In the room:
- Video stream (when enabled), live chat, and viewer presence count.
- Active item panel shows what is for sale right now.
- Wallet banner appears if you need payment or shipping setup.
Sharing:
- Use Share on the room to copy a link for friends.
- RSVP or reminders may appear for scheduled Vault Events.
Reporting problems:
- Use report tools on chat users or Contact Support with the room name and time for serious issues.
