How giveaways work:
- When a giveaway is active, an entry button or banner appears in the live room.
- Tap to enter while the entry window is open — some giveaways require you to be present in-room.
- If you win, follow the on-screen claim flow before the claim window expires.
- Won giveaways may create a fulfillment order — add a valid shipping address in your wallet.
Rules:
- One entry per user unless the host states otherwise.
- Fake accounts or abuse can disqualify entries under Trust & Safety policies.
- Physical prizes ship like small orders — track status under Orders if an order is created.

- Contact Support with the room name, date, and screenshot of the win if needed.
