Your Vault Wallet holds your default payment method and shipping address. Live rooms and checkout both require a ready wallet.
On mobile:
- Go to Settings → Vault Wallet (or My Account → Vault Wallet).
- Add a payment method — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other enabled methods.
- Add a shipping address. Start typing your street for address suggestions, then save.
- Confirm both show as ready (payment + shipping).
On web:
- Sign in and open My Account → Wallet.
- Add a card under Payment methods.
- Add a shipping address under Shipping — use street autocomplete, then Verify and Save.
Tips:
- Use your legal name and a deliverable address — carriers reject incomplete addresses.
- Update your wallet before joining a live show so you do not miss a drop while fixing setup.
