Sign up:
- Download the app or visit the website and tap Sign up.
- Choose email/password or Continue with Apple / Google.
- Pick a unique username — follow username rules (length, characters, no impersonation).
- Verify email if prompted.
Sign in issues:
- Password reset: use Forgot password on login screen.
- Apple/Google: ensure you use the same provider each time — linking may differ from email signup.
- Locked out: Contact Support with account email.
Guests:
- Can browse some content; wallet, checkout, bidding, and selling require sign-in.
